1. Information We Collect

This site may collect the following information.

• Access information: IP address, browser type, referrer URL, access date and time, etc. (collected automatically via server logs and Cloudflare)
• Local storage: User settings and team data are saved in the browser's local storage. This data is not sent to the server, except when you post or take similar actions in Community Teams (see section 6).
• Community Teams posts, etc.: When you post a team, react, or report, we store that content along with a hashed IP address and related information on the server (see section 6).

2. Use of Cookies

This site may use cookies for the following purposes.

• Site functionality: Cookies for Cloudflare's security and performance optimization
• Ad delivery: Third-party ad services (such as The Moneytizer, Google AdSense, etc.) may use cookies to display interest-based ads to users. For information on how ad providers handle data collected via cookies, please refer to each provider's privacy policy.
• Access analytics: Cookies are used via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to operate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which collects statistical information such as page views, time on site, and referrers.
• Embedded videos: When you press the cover of a guide video in the pick rate screens, the video is loaded from YouTube (Google), and YouTube may use cookies (Google's Privacy Policy applies). Nothing is sent to YouTube until you press the cover.

Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings; however, this may render some site features unavailable.

3. About Advertising

This site uses third-party ad services.

Ad providers such as The Moneytizer may use information (cookies) related to users' visits to this site and other sites to display advertisements for products and services based on user interests.

Third-party ad providers such as Google use cookies to deliver ads based on a user's past visits.

Users may disable personalized ads through the Google Ads Settings, etc.

4. Access Analytics

This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to analyze traffic. These services may collect access information without using cookies.

In addition, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager (GTM). GA4 uses cookies to collect statistical information such as page views, time on site, and user navigation flows. The collected information is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individuals. Users may disable GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, personally identifiable information will not be provided to third parties.

6. About Community Teams

Community Teams is a feature where users post and share teams. When you post, react, or report, the following information is stored. We use a database service (Supabase) to store it.

• Post content: the 5-Nikke team and its settings (cubes, skill levels, equipment, etc.), tags, the guide link (the video or post ID, plus the title, creator name, etc. obtained from public information on YouTube or X), the name (optional), the comment, the team name word (optional), the language of the page you posted from, and the date and time of posting
• Reactions and reports: the type of reaction, the reason for a report, and when each was made
• Hashed IP address: We do not store your IP address itself. We store a value hashed with a key held only by this site, and use it only to prevent abuse (limits on posts, reactions, and reports, and detection of duplicate posts of the same team) and to count reactions and reports as one per person.
• Keys used for deletion, etc.: A key for deleting your post (also used to change your team name word), and a key that identifies posters whose names, comments, team name words, or blablalink links have been approved, are saved in the local storage of the browser you posted from. The server stores only hashes of these keys. Records of your own posts, reactions, and reports, the name you last entered, and the teams you added to favorites are also saved in your browser.

Posted teams and tags, along with approved guide links (including the title and creator name), approved names, approved comments, and approved team name words, are public and can be seen by anyone. Team name words are shown joined with the words of other people who posted the same 5 Nikkes, as the name of that team. The date and time of posting and hashed IP addresses are not made public. For reactions, only the totals are made public.

When you post, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent posting by bots. Turnstile loads when you open the post form, and Cloudflare performs the check using information such as your IP address and browser. For how Cloudflare handles this information, please see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum (Cloudflare).

You can delete your own posts from "My posts" in the browser you posted from (you can also change or remove your team name word there). Posts cannot be deleted after you clear your browser data, or from another device or browser. In that case, please contact us at the address below.

This site's admin may hide posts, guide links, names, comments, or team name words that do not fit the purpose of this feature (including names that impersonate other people or the game's official accounts) without notice. Reports are recorded and reviewed by the admin. (Names, comments, and team name words are hidden automatically when reported by two different people, except those the admin has reviewed and restored.)

Deleted or hidden posts are no longer public, but their records remain on the server. (Deleted posts still count toward the posting limits.)
